We often hear this term; no one may come to God unless God’s Spirit draws them, and most people are not thinking about God or their eternal home. They somehow believe all things will turn out alright, without any need for them to have a change of heart or a rethinking the situation. We ultimately war over differences, and most of them is concerning God. Taking God out of the equation makes it even worse. Stomping Feet, Slamming Doors

I heard an excellent message on the subject of obedience where the minister mentions that when a child is asked to do something rather than do it with great joy because it was asked of them of a parent who has shown them great love and care. They, instead, with their strong will, do it in anger while stomping their feet and slamming the doors. Granted, it gets done but not from a heart of love.
