First off he denies Jesus is Lord because he denies God exists, he keeps the word of God away from the lost and smiles as dust builds up on our Bibles. Jesus called him a liar from the beginning my understanding of this was that he may have claimed to have seen the SON of man before man was made and that would have been a lie or he made the claim God has no SON to lead the rebellion something we hear coming out of Islam possibly the angels of the second fall having come for the women and gave up the glories of heaven it may be them taunting  him.   Average men are doing this on a daily basis giving up heaven for sex.
