I’m almost certain if you were to walk into the U.S. state department or the offices of the U.N. you would find legislated plans the size of five volumes of war and peace.  In all of them, it is about dividing the land and making concessions to each side. In the good old days, peace was brokered when two opposing kingdoms intermarried. What keeps us from real peace is our inability to love. The opposite of war is not peace it is love,  which will bring about peace.
