From Genesis to the gospel of  John there are exactly 23 books containing a chapter 16.  G-d hid his treasure in the old and reveals it in the new within the first four gospels which is the heart of the Bible. These four gospels reveals G-d’s heart.  Coincidentally 23 + 16 = 39 the number of books found in the old testament.  Leaving four more books containing a sixteenth chapter in the new testament Acts 16:1-40, Romans 16:1-27, 1 Corinthians 16:1-24 , and Revelation 16:1-21.
